1 General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the vipbd platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). By accessing or using the Platform, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

Applicable Definitions

• "Platform" — The vipbd website and all its services, features, and content.
• "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on vipbd.
• "Bonus" — Additional funds provided for promotional purposes, withdrawable subject to meeting specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Deposit" — The process of adding funds to a member's account.

These Terms are written in Bengali and must be read together with vipbd's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other relevant guidelines.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to use vipbd's services:

• Members must be at least 21 years of age. 21+
• Members must operate the account on their own behalf and for themselves — operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• Members must have a valid and active mobile number and payment account.
• Persons previously banned by vipbd for any reason may not re-register.

vipbd may request identity verification documents at any time for age verification purposes. vipbd reserves the right to suspend or close an account if accurate information is not provided.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Policy

Each member may open only one account. If a single person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated funds may be confiscated.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, payment details — must be true, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will be treated as a violation of the Terms.

3.3 Account Security

• It is the member's responsibility to keep their password and login details completely confidential.
• If unauthorized access is suspected, the vipbd support team must be notified immediately.
• The member is responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.

3.4 Account Verification

vipbd may request a national ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vipbd accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods).
• Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the method.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are only approved to a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if account verification has not been completed.

4.4 Third-Party Funds

Only the member's own payment account may be used for deposits to vipbd. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be cancelled.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

vipbd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.

• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing a received bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another member.
• vipbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any existing promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be confiscated.
• If an attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games and betting markets offered on vipbd are operated using fair technology. Members participate at their own risk and every betting decision is entirely the member's own.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Terms

• Bets placed due to a technical error may be cancelled.
• vipbd reserves the right to cancel any transaction where there is an obvious error in a displayed price.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting markets are available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. All results are settled according to the official results of the relevant tournament. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the applicable rules will apply.

6.4 Casino Games

Slots, live casino, and other games are operated according to the rules of the respective software provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe). Information about typical RTP and volatility can be found in the relevant game's description.

7 VIP Program

vipbd's VIP Program is divided into five tiers. Weekly cashback and special benefits increase as members move to higher tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher tiers through regular active participation. Cashback benefits are provided subject to applicable conditions being met. vipbd reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

8.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Coordinated betting with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the Platform.
• Any activity related to the use of illegal funds or money laundering.
• Transactions in the name of or from the account of a third party.
• Use of automated software or bots.
• Disrespectful or threatening behaviour toward vipbd staff.

8.2 Consequences of Account Closure

If evidence of prohibited activity is found, vipbd may suspend or close the account without notice and confiscate the associated funds. Members may appeal against this decision if they wish.

9 Responsible Gaming

vipbd believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and that the well-being of members is our priority. We actively support responsible gaming.
